  • Phil is available to both walk-ins and appointments at our Downtown location within the following times:

    Tuesday: 12:00PM — 9:00PM

    Wednesday: 12:00PM — 9:00PM

    Thursday: 12:00PM — 9:00PM

    Saturday: 12:00PM — 6:00PM

    On Monday, Friday, and Sunday, Phil is unavailable.
